System Maintenance

Due to essential system maintenance the student self service facility will be unavailable from 5:00pm, Tuesday 24th June. Normal service will resume on 10:00am, Friday 27th, June.

Every effort will be made to have the systems available earlier if possible. We regret any inconvenience caused.

Upcoming Dates

Thursday, 22nd May - Web Registration will close for 2013/14.
Monday, 26th May - All Student PINs will be disabled.
Thursday, 5th June (10am) - Student Self Service will be opened for exam result viewing.
However, student PINs will be re-enabled in accordance with the schedules for publishing exam results. See link on left-hand side for further information.
Tuesday, 24th June (5pm) to Friday, 27th June (10am) - Student Self Service will be unavailable for term rollover.

Exam Results 2014

You will receive an email to your DIT email address once exam results are available.

Disabled PINS

If you receive a message indicating that your PIN is disabled please contact your exams office. If you have fees outstanding, fees must be paid in order to view exam results. For fee queries please contact the Fees and Income team at 01-4027500

PIN not authorised

If you get an "Authorisation Failure" message, this means you have typed in an incorrect User ID or PIN. Your user ID is your Student ID. Your PIN is the same PIN you used to register on your programme earlier in the year. By default this PIN is your 6 digit date of birth (DDMMYY), however you would have changed it the last time you logged in. If you cannot remember your PIN then type in your User ID and click the "Forgot PIN" button. This will prompt you for your security answer and allow you to reset your PIN.

If you get a message to say that your security question has not been setup then please contact your exams office. The exams office will be able to reset your PIN to a default value.
