PIN not authorised
If you get an "Authorisation Failure" message, this means you have typed in an incorrect User ID or PIN.
Your user ID is your Student ID.
Your PIN is the same PIN you used to register on your programme earlier in the year.
By default this PIN is your 6 digit date of birth (DDMMYY), however you would have changed it the last time you logged in.
If you cannot remember your PIN then type in your User ID and click the "Forgot PIN" button. This will prompt you for your security answer and allow you to reset your PIN.
If you get a message to say that your security question has not been setup then please contact your exams office. The exams office will be able to reset your PIN to a default value.
